Allow for the AI "off flag" to be triggered by the user

Currently we have the "off" flag on the AI controlled by an option that controls its behaviour for that whole slide. Is there a way we can allow for the flag to be controlled by an action (such as a user pressing a button).

Unfortunately there is only one case when this happens - Snap 5, 3rd slide from the left.
