"Getting Started" section could use a "Review and Refine" page #1032

Our current Getting Started (Bootstrapping) section ends with Use & Respond followed by a Summary. However, there's often a Review and Refine step that comes after an organization has been using SSVC for a while.
Describe the solution you'd like
There is already an Establish Governance section in Prepare that sets this up. Consider moving this to the Review and Refine page proposed here or at least calling back to it from the new Review and Refine page. Whereas establishing a governance process is the relevant part in the Prepare step, actually running the governance process is the topic of the Review and Refine proposed page.
