Improve "Worked Example" page

The Worked Example page could use some attention.

Option A: Revise & Update

-We could include a graphic of the SSVC v1 Deployer Tree (with a note that we've updated the tree since the example was created)

• We can provide inset examples of each decision point mentioned
• We can show a SelectionList representation at the end that shows how the selected values can be represented as data.

Option B: Replace

Alternatively, we might choose to let this example remain as part of the historical record in the original SSVC paper(s) while not attempting to maintain it on the site. Should we choose this path, we should probably replace it with a more recent example having the above characteristics (show the decision model, show the decision point details inline, show the selections at the end, etc.)
