[BUG] In ScrumTickets repository, issues were created several times

Context
ScrumTickets repository, tickets 85 to 87.

Issue description
When writing a new US, then saving it, at each modification of the story a new ticket was created.
Please have a look at tickets #85, #86 and #87 which are the same except some minor modifications.

Expected:
When editing a story, the story id remains the same

Observed:
When editing a story (#85), the system created 2 others stories after 2 modifications.

yes you can. I would like to keep only ticket #87 in the end.

I added an empty line at the end, and I was not able to reproduce the issue. No new issue created :

May you try to remove the empty line I added at the end ?

I just did it. It seems like sometimes the system displays an error message when submitting changes (it happened this morning) but it is actually saving changes.

Can you screenshot the error message next time it occurs ? Can you also help me characterize the bug a little better :

• Did you edit the story via GitHub or ZenHub ?
• What modifications were done ? (description edited, label added etc ?)
• Did you press F5 or the combination CTRL+F5, or refreshed/reloaded the page ?
• What browser did you use ?
• What operating system did you use ?
