[FEATURE] System V1 : aggregation of the tagged versions. #38

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a COPRS actor I would like to get an automatisaton of a function that we will be able to retreive all the released candidate versions tagged in a master branch for each components in every relevant repositories in order to produce a global System Version.
I would like also to get a Software configuration file template (relase note type) so that all the information can be aggregate into the documents (pre-requisite will be provided).
