Add soundcloud url to webhook payload

Looks like I'll need a soundcloud api key to fetch it, but doesn't seem particularly difficult to use.

Given: The bot sees a soundcloud track
When: The bot posts a webhook to soundcloud
Then: The description of the webhook should be populated with the soundcloud URL
