Upping: Organization, Update, Comment and Documentation

I am learning the repo from scratch since I just got started. And, along the way, I would like to try to organize the files, update the dependencies, add comments and documentations as needed.

At the moment, I am trying to rebuild the repo from scratch with updated dependencies as I try to understand how it works. I am also trying to separate out the developer mode from user mode. I am currently trying to understand how react and bootstrap are used in templates. So, please let me know if you have any suggestions and issues regarding this.
