Unsuccessful in Installation on M3 MacBook Pro running macOS 15.0 (Sequoia) and Python 3.11, 3.12 #1
Description
I am unable to successfully install ChemDataExtractor2 on my Apple M3 MacBook Pro running macOS 15.0 (Sequoia) and Python 3.11, 3.12.
The instructions say use python < 3.8 and I have tried to get earlier versions on my mac.
I get errors related to DAWG, distutils, etc.
Is there anyone who has successfully installed and run chemdataextractor2 on an apple silicon MacBook pro?
Please help if possible.
