Description
On the desktop, have three column: notebooks | note-titles | selected note
On landscape tablets, have two columns: note-titles | selected note, with a dropdown in the header.
On mobile, have a dropdown in the header, a list of note-titles and upon clicking the titles, the selected note itself.
