Unable to setup profile with CR2 from Canon EOS 5D Mark IV #56
Description
The Profile Settings Wizard had a critical failure and crashed the program with several attempts to Select Example Image File with a CR2 from our new Mark IV. I found an old CR2 taken with a mobile imaging station's Mark III, and the image file was accepted.
Is there a size issue or different attribute that's not compatible with HerbASAP? I'm happy to share a couple CR2s from the Mark IV for trials.
