Create biounits from mmCIF files, in biopython. #16
Description
Biounits are best for viewing biologically relevant multimeric complexes. However, RCSB biounits are typically created only in PDB. It should be easy to apply the various transformations in the mmCIF depositions to create biounits as we need them. Unfortunately, there are bugs in biopython to slog through.
