Cards which conjure cards from spellbook conjure non-rebalanced versions #9602

Describe the bug
There are certain cards in Alchemy format in arena, which conjure other cards. Also Alchemy has a feature called "rebalances" where Wizards nerf or buff certain cards. Both those thing came from alchemy and if you get a card from spellbook you got the rebalanced version. That's how it works on arena. It seems that on forge spellbooks only have non-rebalanced cards, so you can't get A- cards.
I have found the bug with 3 spellbooks cards:
Imperial Blademaster (Half of the spellbook)
Ominous traveller (Patrician Geist, Shipwreck Sifters)
Cursebound witch (cauldron famiilliar)
None of those cards had rebalanced version in them. Didn't test the conjure, I assume it should work rebalanced cards on arena too? Maybe?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Play one of the listed cards
- Trigger spellbook condition
- See one of the cards which should have rebalance
- See that they don't have a rebalance
Expected behavior
Spellbooks should contain rebalanced versions of cards if they have any. Maybe a way to make it automatic?
