Spawn anchors and node when plane is recognized

Hello, i would like to create an app in which items appear on the horizontal plane when it's detected. From examples I understand that we have to click in order to let an anchor and node spawn, how can I avoid this step?

My app should work in this way:

1. "move iphone ..."
2. when plane is detected spawn: itemA in the left part of the plane, itemB in the right part of the plane
3. pan items and calculate distance between two items
4. if distance <= value: remove items and spawn itemC
