Missing Moved / Deleted notifications for files when moving them from watched folder to another drive

First of all - this is a very nice project, once you get to the point of successful driver load. :-)

Still, I think that I've found one bug here so please review my case.

I have a file in watched folder on drive D (different disk), and than I'm moving (cutting and pasting) that file to Desktop folder on drive C. There is no notification about this action.
If I'm moving folder instead of file I'm getting Deleted notification using this MiniFSWatcher.

Using the default FileSystemWatcher I'm getting Deleted notification while moving file or folder.

Interesting, MiniFSWatcher sends Moved notification if I'm moving file or folder from watched folder to the root of the same drive (same disk).

Has somebody else found this issue / resolution?

Hi, thanks for the report! This might be a problem with event filtering. If i recall correctly, MiniFSWatcher tries to discard "not interesting" events as soon as possible for performance reasons. Thus, I think it only processes events that affect partitions on which you have a watched folder. It is possible that there is a faulty check since of course a "moved" event from (or to) your watched location to a different drive should be reported as well. I'll have a look at this.

So it looks like there is some other specialty when moving files between drives...

这个项目真的很牛逼，感谢您的杰作，但是我发现一个问题：监控跟目录只要不是exe所在的目录，那么事件通知就丢失了，我验证了c++版本的minispy,怀疑官方的minispy也有这个bug，请问现在解决了吗
