Readme links to Rmd files and not Rnotebooks #44
Description
The readme links currently go to the Rmd file and not the Rnotebook htmls. E.g. "03a Summary Stats: Troop Contributions" doesn't show the summaries just the code. Need to change the link to the html and set github to serve html as website under settings.
