C interface prints unsolicited information

In version 1.6 and 1.7-rc1 the solver prints some information when called using the C interface - in particular, I am using pdchase_init_blockcyclic:

This did not happen in version 1.5. A library should not print anything unless explicitly requested.

Hi Jose, thank you for your feedback. You're definitely right. Clément @Richetfort is working on Fortran interface for the pseduo-hermitian case, and will include your suggestion in the next release candidate.
