How can I specify in the web service several custom PTM to be displayed in the graphics?

Apolgies for the late response, I've been swamped. There is not currently a way to easily do multiple custom PTMs, but I will work on adding it. In the meantime, It is probably possible to use creative regex to add both simultaneously. What are the PTMs you want to look at specifically and how do they appear in the peptide file?

I have two situations

I. Multiple peptides from a protein, where each peptide has one type of modification but differ between them (TMT 10-plex and iTRAQ 4-plex).
