NPE in IEProxySearchStrategy.getProxySelector() #61
Description
When proxy-vole is used inside a java process running as a Windows Service on
Windows Server 2008R2 French Edition, a NPE happens when trying to get proxy
settings from IE.
Attached is a patch file from the trunk
