Being charged twice

Last Saturday, AOAI is organised the Hackathon and we have a large group of 200 plus users trying to log in and registered to upgrage to Pro plan. I click on payment first time and the screen seems to be forever loading or frozen so i reload again and made the payment second time and this time it said subscribed successfully. When i checked my credit card, i just realise ChatandBuild deduct payment twice from from account, so please advise how this can be refunded. Thank you.
