Wayland HiDPI issue with BoilR App

I get this error upon opening the BoilR application to manage steam game art.

`wl_surface@20: error 2: Buffer size (1300x45) must be an integer multiple of the buffer_scale (3).`

I understand this is some sort of issue with wayland and gnome.But I cant fix it myself.
