Shifting timing point does not move targets in unloaded diffs

Shifting a timing point moves targets in the currently loaded diff, but not unloaded diffs. At the very least a warning prompt should be added when shifting a timing point in a map where multiple difficulty cues exists.

This happens when adding silence / trimming the soundtrack too. Only shifts the currently loaded diff.
