/ctr does not toggle off

Ever since the Citadel updates, /ctr does not toggle off. The current workaround is switching to /ctf then /ctf to toggle it off. Otherwise you need to /cto which turns off everything, including cti. "Normal" functionality is while in /ctr mode, you can type /ctr to turn it off (unless you're holding a reinforcement material). /ctf has seemed to have maintained the normal behavior.

/ctr will put you into reinforcing mode with your default group and reset to normal mode if you are already reinforcing on your default group. Seems like intended behavior to me?

If you are already reinforcing with a group and type /ctr it will switch to reinforcing with your default group, instead of resetting to normal mode

having to /ctr twice or use /cto to turn of reinforcement mode is relatively new behaviour and a little annoying
