Empty Blog Category Does Not Delete #23

Current Issue
When the delete confirmation button is clicked for an empty blog, the user is redirected to the home index page, but the Blog category is not deleted from the database, and continues to appear in the Home Index view.
Expected Behavior
When the delete confirmation button is clicked for an empty blog , the Blog category should be deleted from the database immediately, and the user redirected to the home index view.
