Description

@emzinnia

In Clickopolis, every time you increase your population, you're able to assign a citizen to work. Citizens are automatically assigned as farmers, who produce extra food & food per second. Unlocking further citizens requires having further technological or social advances. They provide all sorts of different bonuses, and those bonsues can be augmented. You can switch between citizens at free will by reassigning them. Unemployed citizens are bad since they don't provide any bonuses but eat your food! Each base citizen provides a certain amount of cash & science. There is always 1 citizen -- you, the Ruler.

Mechanics breakdown

  • Implement first era citizen types (Ruler, Farmer, Miner, ???)
  • Each provides relevant bonuses per click & per second
  • Citizens can be added or removed
  • Citizens provide bonuses intrisinically
  • Unemployed citizens don't provide bonuses
  • UI accommodates all of this fun stuff
  • Bar at the top of CitizensList component shows a percentage breakdown

The unanswered questions:

  • Should each citizen be assigned a random name?
