DESIGN - Figma flows and user manual video

The goal of this ticket is to fully implement all the necessary user flows in our Figma file to prepare a demo/walkthrough video for our client to use to onboard staff onto the app. This is necessary for them to understand how everything in the app functions and how it is meant to be used.
