Design a lo-fi wireframe for the Reports Page, where Leads and PDs can generate, view, and manage reports.

Acceptance Criteria:

• List of available report templates
• Options to generate reports in Word or Excel (XLSX) format
• Storage area for narrative reports and generated reports
• “Email Report” option for scheduled or ad-hoc delivery
• Keep layout minimal and organized — emphasize usability
