Enhance the applicant user interface by fixing spacing and centering issues to create a more polished and consistent design. Ensure that the layout remains visually appealing and functional across different window sizes. Provide a screenshot.

In addition, update the google form and google form code to include a position parameter (developer, designer, or PM) when submitting applications. Adjust payload schemas if necessary to properly handle position-based user creation. Verify that users can successfully create Developer, Designer, and PM applicants, and that the stage progression works correctly for all three roles based on the stagesMap. Include screenshots.

• Applicant UI spacing and centering issues are fixed
• UI is responsive when resizing the browser window
