Home Page: Fix Website Redirects on Page Reload

Description: Users experience incorrect redirects when reloading from the home page. Upon refresh, the site occasionally navigates to unintended routes instead of remaining on the current page. Correct the redirect logic so we do not have any unintended redirects.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Reloading the home page keeps the user on the same page (route does not change)
