Fix Review Bug

There is a bug for making reviews where we don't know what user is actually making them, leading to an "Unknown User" populating the name field after making a review. There shouldn't be an "Unknown User" since only logged in users can make reviews, and we know their name. Find the source of the error, document it, and fix. Show a screenshot of a successful review being placed.
