Acceptance Criteria:

• The header & footer includes the CodeforBC logo and is visually consistent on every page.
• The logo is clickable and links back to the home page.
• Navigation links are clearly labeled and spaced for easy clicking.
• The "Get Engaged!" text will be consistently highlighted in the footer to ensure it remains prominently visible, encouraging user participation. It will also redirect users to the "About Us & Get Engaged" Page. No hover state/interactions in the footer.
• Social media icons are visible and can be found consistently in the same spot within the footer.
• Icons link (Github & LinkedIn) directly to the respective social media pages of CodeforBC
