Filter Works In Progress to include Past Success Stories

The Works In Progress section contains previous projects that have been successful. This should be split into two distinct categories, which are Works in Progress and Successful Projects. The navigation at the top would need to be modified as well to differentiate.

We should update this section with our recent projects.

It would be nice if we could just pull data from our top 5 or 10 most recently changed github repos. This way we wouldn't have to manually maintain it.
