When is the next release being cut?

We're in the process of upgrading from Laravel 10 -> 11.

We're currently using 3.1.0 of this package, which depends on symfony/finder V6 - whereas Laravel 11 requires v7.

The dev-master release on Packagist fixes this - https://packagist.org/packages/codeception/robo-paracept#dev-master - but my assumption would be that this isn't stable to use for other reasons.

Is dev-master ready to roll out as a version?
