Make evaluation questionnaires more flexible #369
Description
In order to allow a flexible input of the result of the internal evaluations on the app, we would like to make it possible to insert different types of questions while creating questionnaires. This should include:
- Text questions
- Multiple choice questions (possibly with the option for the user to enter an "Other" option filled by the user themselves)
Also, if possible, it would be nice to have "steps" of a questionnaire process. By "process" I mean: the evaluators submit it, and before they're published for everybody to see I'm able to edit them, this way we can correct misinformation and typos.
