Considered a "Publish to Key Vault" action?

Ran across your Extension while looking for a convenient solution for myself -- the ability to publish User Secrets to an Azure Key Vault -- to simplify "best practices" of maintaining secret values.  Have you considered such a thing?  Would you be open to a PR for it?  I hate "extension sprawl" and would love to have one that does everything.  Let me know!
