Add stormy weather conditions to the environment

The fishermen would like to see how the wind turbines will behave during stormy conditions. We already have wind mooring line data for this. We need to adjust environmental conditions to make it look more stormy. This could include things such as:

• New skyboxes
• Gray clouds
• Different lighting
• Different ocean color
• Rain & lightning effects/sounds

I encourage you to find assets in the Unity store or other places and design the stormy environment.
