Add a cover to the rope side of the mooring connector #9

The polyester ropes used in the mooring setup are ~17 cm in diameter. The chain links are ~14 cm in diameter, ~84 cm long, and ~49 cm tall. The size of the connector makes sense on the chain side; however, the hole is too big for the rope. We need to seamlessly transition from thin rope to the large opening of the connector, which we can do by adding a plastic rope cover that gradually gets thicker as we transition from rope to the connector.
