Logs are getting spammed invalid config file

Describe the bug
Logs are getting spammed with: : Configuration file .\config\hammering-startup.toml is not correct. Correcting
Using generated config, didnt change the config myself

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Hammering mod on fabric server
2. Start server
3. See logs

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen if possible.

Full Mod Version
v3.2.1+mc1.21.1-fabric

Additional context
v3.2.0+mc1.21.1-fabric only complains about startup, while 3.2.1 also complains about the server config file.

Can't seem to replicate, what version of Forge Config API Port are you using?

Im using these versions:
Forge Config API Port: v21.1.4-1.21.1-Fabric
Minecraft: 1.21.1
Fabric: Fabric Loader 0.16.14
Fabric API: 0.116.4

I replicated it! I needed to change a value in the config while the server is running for it to happen
