Reward board needs more funding already! We need to get the forum post up and the subsequent gardens vote.
We will run out of rewards sooner than we promised, we'll need to explain why and ask for the community's approval to request funds
how much should we request? another 20k wxDAI?

1.Rewards WG gets funding to continue distributing rewards
2.TEC community supports the continued funding of reward distros
