RabbitMQ task throws depedency exception when trying to run on legacy agent on Frends 5.7.

It seems that Frends 5.7. has a change how the Tasks handles dependencies and this task doesn't work on it anymore. When trying to run on legacy agent on the newest Frends the Task throws exception:
"Could not load file or assembly 'System.Memory, Version=4.0.1.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
