Shippiable

So the idea here would be to get this to a shippable state, which imo would look like:

• format the codebase

• lint the codebase

• implement a ci system with integrated testing for more rapid iteration

• migrate from tendermint to comet in the v0.34.x branch

• upgrade tendermint and sdk v0.45.x to latest

  • hopefully pull as much tendermint code as possible out of this repository

• upgrade comet and sdk

  • sdk v0.50.x
  • comet v0.38.x

• make testnets

  • on avalanche as a subnet
  • on cosmos as a zone
