Add recommendation for citation to published datasets

It occurs to me that we could recommend something like the following:

For topography analysis (inserted in main text):
Portions of the topography analysis were conducted using the open-source Contact.Engineering software [Rottger, et al, Surface Topography: Metrology and Properties 10.3 (2022): 035032].

and/or

For published topography data (inserted in Data Availability Statement):
Measured topographies have been made publicly available through Contact.Engineering [Rottger, et al, Surface Topography: Metrology and Properties 10.3 (2022): 035032], and are accessible via DOI by using the following link(s): .

We could include these statements on the “Publish” workflow, and/or in an information (i) box at the top of the site.
