add these lines to your buld.gradle

buildscript {
     repositories {
         jcenter()
     }
 
     dependencies {
         classpath 'com.github.dcendents:android-maven-gradle-plugin:1.5'
         classpath 'com.jfrog.bintray.gradle:gradle-bintray-plugin:1.7.3'
     }
