Hello,
Thanks for this great work!
I would like to note that I am applying the NOAA scripts to get the labeled data,
and I have downloaded the bounding boxes from
"https://ieee-dataport.org/open-access/benchmark-dataset-automatic-damaged-building-detection-post-hurricane-remotely-sensed"
Now after I have finished several steps, I am going to run "selectParcelsByDamages.py", but the parameters of this script is not clear, especially the points and the polygon paths,
So, can someone give me clarification?
