Attach a Site to a parent Site

As a data migrator, I wish to attach a Site to a parent Site record using the API.

Acceptance Criteria

• User can edit a Site record by sending a PUT request to attach a UUID of an existing Site to be designated as a parent using the API

We have some use-cases of replicated treatments within plots within farms at AAFC. Some have polygons, some do not. Some have samples collected within them, some do not. We could treat this as a placeholder for how to handle site-specific & site-like experimental designs in a manner similar to storage while we have the development capacity to pursue this. The concept of a "Site" is definitely overloaded & so alternative ideas are welcomed.
