Manage managed Attributes

Managed attributes are attributes where the key is from a managed list.

Example:

• specimen_view : dorsal, lateral ...
• identifier: 1,2,3,4
• identifier_scope: CataloguedObject
• type_status:

We need to be able to manage those tags.

Managed attributes need a type (String, Integer, Enums)

Optionally, managed attributes could be scoped to a single collection.
