Generate test cases

We need to generate test cases for texer @notjagan

@physikerwelt could you clarify how this could be formatted/inputted in to the program (if that matters) and how we might implement this?

Would it be possible to base it off the tests in texvcjs?

Also, how would we create these test cases?

I think reusing the texvc test cases can be reused. I was thinking of a list of input and output tuples.
