inkex module not found

I believe the answer is to remove `<dependency type="executable" location="extensions">inkex.py</dependency>` from .inx

There is no inkex.py on my new MacOS Inkscape 1.2 installation- adding the dummy inkex.py fixed the extension, however this is a deprecated solution
