[BUG] Chat Scale not adjusting Scale, just causing visual bug.

Describe the bug
Adjusting Scale in AdvancedChatHUD menu on AdvancedChatHUD Modernized causes clipping on the edges of the chat boxes, and does not adjust the size of characters in the chat.
