`egcm` dependency not available

unitrootML package fails because egcm is no longer on CRAN. Could you let me know how I can do the package install?

Actually I installed the missing package separately with devtools::install_version("egcm", "1.0.1") before running devtools::install_github("DataScienceforPublicPolicy/unitrootML"). But keeping this issue open for the time being if you want to work on the dependency issue. :-)
