Add server-side resizing of images upon uploading

It is a desirable feature to apply resizing to the image upon upload. The options to have available are:

• Automatic down-sizing of image to configured resolution
• If it's a PNG, conversion to JPG
• Saving as JPG with configured JPG-quality setting
• Option to remove EXIF data
• One-click import function (?)
• Optional Watermarking

What is the status for this? EXIF removal would seem like a simple patch. Name your price for the features.

No it isn't, you are very mistaken. The extension still isn't ready and the MOD didn't do anything to uploaded files so there is no preexisting code to go off of either. If this gets added it will be after the initial extension release.

The purpose of this extension, including the MOD, has always been to resize images posted with the IMG BBCode tag, not manipulate images as they are being uploaded.

Updated description so it's clear that version 3 is an extension and that anything before that, in this case releases, refers to the MOD.
